About the event

Join us on a cosmic journey through sound as we bathe every cell of the body in the healing frequencies of 17 Planet Gongs, tuned to the Cosmic Octave of the Universe and delicately played by your hosts - Wayne Marto, Jim McCall and Roger Tjoelker.  The low rumble of gongs will support you through light Yoga poses and breath work, and as you settle into savasana, the percussive force of the Gongs will escalate, creating a deep, spontaneous meditative state that restores harmony and vitality to the mind, body and soul.
