Full Moon Yin Yoga Immersed in Sound

Join us for Yin Yoga immersed in gong sound energy during the full moon.  Roger will play the gongs as Shoshanna guides you through restorative yin yoga asanas with mindful breath and visualizations.  The asanas reduce tension in your body providing a sense of openness and release while the sound energy clears your mind and promotes well-being within.  Your body, mind, and spirit will deeply appreciate this class which has a maximum of 7 participants.

No prior experience needed, and all levels are welcome.  Invite a friend and purchase your ticket(s) to reserve a spot.
