Full Moon Gong Sound Immersion - Lake Forest Park

Experience a cosmic Gong Sound Immersion that your body, mind, and spirit will really appreciate!  It can open pathways to relax, quiet their mind, balance energy, meditate, release emotional tension, retune internal systems, have a spiritual experience, heal themselves, inspire creativity, or to feel a deep sense of peace. Our innate intelligence appears to use gong sound energy to promote well-being within.  Simply lie back and let the transformative sound of the gongs meet you where you are and take you where you need to go!

We’ll begin with a short introduction to the session, followed by 60 minutes of sound immersion, and end with a few minutes of silence to integrate your experience.  This event has a maximum of 6 participants.

The sound immersion is usually experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position.  Mats and blankets are available, or you can bring your own, whichever you prefer.
